In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Carry out remote sessions with clients/end users to resolve support issues Liaise with clients and end users via phone, email and occasionally face to face on a day-to-day basis Manage the internal IT/network/VOIP infrastructure (after adequate training) Assist in the creation of commissioning guides and standards documents Complete training courses to become competent with popular AV products and services Represent AVM and uphold our reputation with all clients and general public Off site preparation/commissioning of AV devices (after adequate training) Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Grade 4 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 5 in GCSE English. Help set up and maintain computers and software. Support staff with basic IT problems and questions. Show enthusiasm and passion for working in IT. Communicate clearly with team members and users. Use strong computer skills to complete daily tasks. Help monitor and look after computer networks. Use problem-solving skills to find and fix issues.
