What is the Role
As the Portfolio Analyst working with Metering Service, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and seamless management of data streams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the metering portfolio ensuring any gaps and fallout due to metering data within processes are corrected, you will build manual flows when required on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Work with third party agents when required to ensure all flows are completed.
- Maintain and develop key initiatives to support the business with performance data.
- Track lifecycle of portfolio escalating process issues, identify areas for improvement and assist with implementing agreed changes.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and dashboards are maintained and fit for purpose.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience of working within an analytical role.
- Skilled in Excel and having knowledge of Power Bi is advantageous.
- Robust analytical abilities for pinpointing patterns and discovering inaccuracies in information.
- Expertise in handling major internal and external parties, establishing constructive and efficient business relationships.
- Experience of working within the energy sector or a comparable regulated field. Knowledge of metering systems would be helpful, though not mandatory.
