Tradewind are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated level 2 teaching assistant to join a Blackpool Primary School, working in their reception class. The role is on a full-time basis 5 days a week starting as soon as possible until July 2026. The role is working 8.30-3.30 with daily pay rates for this position £88.92-90.22. As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons and helping to maintain a safe and orderly classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience in delivering phonics as well as a passion for working with young children. Key responsibilities of the role include: Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Assisting with planning and delivering activities and lessons including floppy phonics.
