JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for:
Providing administrative support for Heads of Department and their teams.
Principal responsibilities and duties:
* Managing all written correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal business.
* Inbox management for the CEO, including screening all telephone calls.
* Assisting with legal documentation and administration for the Chairman’s Property businesses.
* Establishing efficient and proactive working relationships on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring timely communication with partner organizations.
* Managing front of house, including meet & greet duties.
* Adhering to operational practices, accounting and administration procedures, and health & safety regulations as determined by respective managers.
