Are you an experienced tax professional looking for your next step in a dynamic and varied role? We’re looking for a talented individual to join a high-performing team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients-particularly within the Financial Services sector-while overseeing both tax compliance and coordination of local and international advisory services.
This position offers fantastic scope to develop your technical knowledge, with exposure to a wide range of tax areas including corporate tax, international tax risk, Pillar II, economic substance, real estate taxation, and fund reporting. You’ll also play a pivotal role in developing business relationships, supporting client growth and contributing to strategic projects within the firm.
As part of the management team, you’ll be instrumental in coaching and developing junior team members and contributing to the wider success of the department-whether through operational leadership, enhancing internal systems, or supporting wellbeing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalently qualified, currently operating at manager level within a tax function. You’ll have solid experience with UK Corporation Tax or similar jurisdictions, and a good understanding of international tax principles such as transfer pricing. While Channel Islands tax knowledge is helpful, it’s not essential.
Experience working with Financial Services, Private Equity/Funds or Real Estate clients would be a plus. We’re looking for someone with strong advisory and compliance skills, a commercial mindset, and the adaptability to thrive in a new jurisdiction.
