The Bute Extended Community Care Team are looking for an enthusiastic registered nurse to join the Community nursing team to provide care to patients in their own homes and in a clinic setting. You should be passionate about delivering high quality, compassionate care to our local community. You will possess a wide range of skills including venepuncture, wound management, continence management, medication administration and end of life care and will work as part of the wider team including OT, physiotherapy, GP practice and the reablement team. You will work independently but will be well supported and mentorship and supervision will be provided to all new starters including newly qualified staff nurses The shift pattern covers a 7 day rota and cover is provided from 08:30-22:00 (currently trialing a 20:00 finish) This post is open to newly qualified nurses to apply.
