A successful and growing roofing contractor in Milton Keynes is looking for a Construction Administrator (Project Administrator) to join their team.

Role Overview: Construction Administrator (Project Administrator)
The Project Administrator will play a key role in the coordination and administration of roofing & construction projects, ensuring effective communication between teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Send enquiries and requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors
Process invoices received from subcontractors and suppliers
Raise and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in line with company procedures
Prepare Health & Safety folders and site packs for new projects
Support management of company store, including regular stock checks
Undertake cost comparisons for supplier and subcontractor quotes
Attend ad-hoc site visits to assist with project coordination and logistics
Requirements:
Strong administrative and organisational skills (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Previous experience in a construction or project-based environment (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving license (preferred, for site visits)
Please note this role is office-based with regular hours (8:00am 5:00pm)
