Deputy Store Manager role at Lidl GB, Abbots Langley, England, United Kingdom. You will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, lead the team on the shop floor and behind the scenes, and help create an environment where colleagues can do their best work.

What you’ll do
* Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
* Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
* Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
* Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
