Supply Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

The Education Network is recruiting for a dedicated and flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work on a supply basis in schools across Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HLTA experience who is looking for flexible work while continuing to make a difference in education.
About the Role
As a Supply HLTA, you will:
* Provide classroom cover and deliver pre-planned lessons when required.
* Support teachers in planning and preparing engaging learning activities.
* Work with individuals and small groups of pupils to support progress.
* Assist in creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Adapt to different school settings and year groups as needed.
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
* Has proven experience supporting teaching and learning in a school environment.
* Can confidently lead whole-class learning when required.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
* Is adaptable, reliable, and passionate about helping pupils succeed.
