Aftercare and Online Support Administrator (Part-Time)
📍 Location: Stoke on Trent (Hybrid Working Available)
đź•“ Hours: Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week
Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator who loves supporting customers and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a part-time Aftercare and Online Support Administrator to join our friendly Customer Services team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities in a busy but supportive environment.
What You'll Do
Set up new client and contact logins for online ordering systems
Create and maintain product, part, and brand listings
Be the first point of contact for customer and supplier queries via email, phone, and web chat
Coordinate with the planning and installation teams to schedule fittings and appointments
Manage bookings and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time
Assist with price reviews and updating online content
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and colleagues
Support order management and project administration
Use digital tools confidently to complete daily tasks
Take part in training and development to enhance your skills
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and organisation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Good geographical knowledge of the UK (an advantage)
