* Pay: £14.78 per hour, £26,897 annual salary (35 hours)
* Hours: Various hours, Full/Part Time, 0 hours
* Contract: Permanent / Temporary
* Flexible shifts: Evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays

About the Role
As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you will:
* Support individuals to coproduce support plans and achieve personal goals.
* Provide psychologically informed, trauma‑aware emotional and practical support.
* Act as a key worker, promoting independence, dignity and choice.
* Support with daily living skills, medication, appointments and tenancy responsibilities.
* Facilitate care reviews and maintain safe, clean environments.
* To work flexible between sites and services, depending on the scheme that you work in, support is usually provided from 08:00 until 22:00 each day. There are sleeping staff members and wakeful staff members through the night required at some of our WISH schemes and you will be required to cover services and nights where this is required.

About you
You are empathetic, proactive and passionate about supporting people to thrive. You’ll bring:
* Experience in mental health or supported living.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, solution‑focused attitude.
* Confidence using basic IT systems.

We welcome transferable experience from roles such as Support Worker, Recovery Worker, Key Worker, Care Worker, Mental Health Practitioner, Complex Needs Support Worker and similar.
