JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a National Frames Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving targeted sales for your brands and territory, specifically covering UK & Ireland.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

* Ensure sales targets are met in your area or with assigned clients/products by delivering specific sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives, effectively identifying and meeting customer needs;
* Develop business by building relationships with customers and visiting them regularly;
* Ensure effective territory coverage by maintaining frequent visits and consistent service levels according to company guidelines;
* Drive customer recommendation by providing brand, product, and visual merchandising training to sales and dispensing staff, encouraging active recommendation of our products;
* Present new and seasonal collections to clients at least twice a year to facilitate order registration, following the company's annual plan;
* Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities;
* Support local and international events, trade marketing, and visual merchandising initiatives;
* Maintain product range at client outlets, monitor stock levels and store supplies, ensure timely order input, and oversee order execution;
* Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services;
* Ensure compliance with and proper deployment of the company's commercial policy.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will possess:

* A proactive attitude, performance awareness, and responsibility, with ownership of results and a desire to improve;
* Effective planning skills, including developing customer contact strategies and building customer goals to meet objectives;
* Strong teamwork abilities, including creating internal and external partnerships, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues and other functions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Proficiency with Apple iPad and PC, including Microsoft Office;
* Understanding of the optical industry is preferred;
* Valid full driving license (essential);
* Experience in customer service and field sales preferred;
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
