Service Desk Analyst - Bristol
An exciting opportunity to join an established client in North Bristol, supporting an internal user base of 700 people.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in a 1st line support role, or those with a background in customer service and an interest in Information Technology areas such as Networking, Windows desktop environments, and M365.
Responsibilities include providing 1st line (and some 2nd line) support via phone, email, or face-to-face, working to set SLA targets.
The position requires working on-site five days a week in an accessible office in North Bristol, within the M4/M32 motorway network. The shift pattern operates from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
