About the Role
We are looking to recruit two Personal Assistants to work as part of a job share arrangement, providing support across 47 hours per week. This role is ideal for caring, reliable, and friendly individuals who enjoy supporting others and being part of someone's day‑to‑day life.
Support is required throughout the week, generally starting at 9:30 am (some flexibility possible) for around 7.5 hours per day. Fridays: Support is required in the morning (around 9:30 am) to assist with transport to a day centre, and again at 4:30 pm to collect and return home. Occasionally, additional hours may be available on Friday evenings.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking meals
* General cleaning and household tasks
* Laundry and ironing
* Washing and drying hair
* Organising clothes for the day
* Supporting access to the community (coffee trips, walks, outings)
* Providing companionship and social support
* Full guidance will be provided; previous care experience is not essential
* Driving – One driver required between the two roles; preferred to have a car driver with proof of business insurance cover. Non‑drivers are still encouraged to apply if you can assist with transport for a single shift.
