Job Description
* Provide advice and assistance on health, safety and wellbeing to managers and employees.
* Provide additional advice and support relating to Display Screen Equipment (DSE), ensuring effective workplace adjustments are in place for those who require them and advising managers where local adjustments may need to be considered.
* Undertake collaborative working, ensuring effective relationships are developed with a wide variety of stakeholders, including HR Assistant Business Partners, property staff and trade union safety representatives.
* Assist with the production and analysis of health, safety and wellbeing management data, including accident/incident reporting, risk assessments, Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments, lone worker device usage, and stress management data.
* Working with experts in various roles, develop company risk assessment library, ensuring assessments are in place for all required roles, are up to date, are comprehensive, and are available to those undertaking the roles.
