The Role - Classroom Support Assistant
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils and staff in a primary setting to create a positive and structured learning environment.
Your responsibilities as a Classroom Support Assistant will include:
1. Supporting primary-aged pupils with additional needs such as SEND, SEMH, autism, and ADHD
2. Assisting with behaviour, routines, and emotional regulation
3. Providing support in lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis
4. Building positive relationships to boost confidence and engagement

We’re looking for a Classroom Support Assistant who:
