Position: Behaviour Manager
We're working with a fantastic school in North Cornwall that is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Manager to join their committed pastoral team. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, promote wellbeing, and support young people to thrive.

What you'll bring:
* Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs or challenging behaviour
* Confidence in working both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
* Knowledge of behavioural management strategies and targeted interventions
* A clear understanding of SEND and inclusion
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths – NVQ Level 2 or above preferred
* Previous experience in a school setting is essential
