Havant Borough Council is seeking a resourceful and motivated individual to join us as an Information Governance Apprentice. We offer an opportunity to learn new skills through practical experience, supported by studying for a professional qualification in data protection, freedom of information, and information management via Act Now Training.
You will work alongside the Corporate Compliance Manager & DPO and Information Governance Officer to support the council’s compliance with access to information and data protection legislation. Your organisation and time management skills will help you collaborate with different teams to ensure information requests are answered fully and promptly, and to support internal teams in managing their information securely.
This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation for a rewarding career in the rapidly evolving field of Information Governance.
