As Finance Director of Northamptonshire Arts Management Trust, you will oversee and lead the financial operations of two key organisations: Royal & Derngate, Northampton, and The Core at Corby Cube. Both charities play vital roles in their communities, offering community and education activities alongside exciting theatre productions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a strategic vision for financial growth and sustainability of Royal & Derngate and The Core at Corby Cube, as a key member of the Strategic Management Team.
* Deputise for the Chief Executive on all financial management, planning, and reporting matters.
* Drive financial innovation and efficiency, and explore collaboration opportunities within the sector.

Job Requirements
* Significant senior finance experience within a large, customer-driven environment.
* Experience managing a minimum £5m turnover operation.
* Proven management and supervision of a finance team.
* Experience leading organizational change to improve efficiency and maximize income.
* Expertise in budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting.
* Ability to prepare and present financial and management reports effectively.
* Strong influencing skills to motivate and lead others.
* Experience liaising with auditors, advisors, and board members.
* Experience working with stakeholders and investors.

Job Responsibilities
Hours of Work: Part-time, minimum 23 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements to be agreed.
Additional Responsibilities
* Contribute to the strategic management of NAMT, including business planning, innovation, efficiency, policy setting, and financial decision-making.
* Participate in the Senior Management Team, providing leadership in daily operations and strategic planning.
* Communicate financial imperatives across the staff team to ensure budget adherence and organizational alignment.
