Compensation Compensation Type: Clinical Service Contract. Estimated Remuneration: For a full‑time hospitalist, anticipate an annual income of $336,168.00, plus MOCAP level 2. Up to an additional 40% is also available with group contract incentives.

Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives:
Retention Premium 14%
Retention Flat Fee $21,696
Relocation Funding Available: $9,000 for moves within BC, $12,000 for moves within Canada, $15,000 for moves outside Canada (subject to change)
Recruitment Incentive: $20,000, prorated for physicians working less than full time.
Other Benefits/Incentives with RCME:
$1,320 for up to 2 years in Cranbrook
$3,520 during your 3rd and 4th year
$5,720 after 4 years, in addition to the Doctors of BC CME funds.
