About the service
Our service is home to four very characterful individuals with different personalities. We believe this is their home, and we work to keep it feeling homely and comfortable. We are seeking a can‑do attitude and strong problem‑solving skills to coach members of the team.
Person‑centred care here has helped the garden area develop, enabled the people we support to engage with the local community, and maintained strong links with their families. One of our people even fulfilled their desire of climbing the O2!
One staff member said: “I feel so privileged to have this job … I work with an amazingly supportive team and support amazing people.”
