We're Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor Kettering
Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Kettering on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays required)
* Standard shift: 8:00am 5:00pm
* Flexibility required for early starts (from 6:00am) or late finishes (up to 7:00pm) depending on operational needs
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day operations. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service, meeting performance targets (KPIs), and ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met.
You’ll play a hands-on role in managing stock processes, maintaining high standards, and supporting the ongoing development of your team.

What We’re Looking For:
* Valid FLT Licences: Counterbalance, Reach and/or Flexi
* Strong understanding of stock management processes
* Confident with computer systems and warehouse tech
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
* Strong planning, organisational, and decision-making skills
* A natural coach able to motivate and develop a high-performing team
