We are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Manager for English and Maths (16-18) to help shape the future of post-16 education in East London.

🔍 What You'll Do
As Curriculum Manager, you will:
Provide academic and operational leadership for our BTEC and GCSE Science provision
Lead and manage a team of teaching staff, fostering high performance and continuous professional development
Oversee the design, delivery, and improvement of engaging, inclusive curricula
Monitor teaching quality, student progress, and support intervention strategies
Work closely with the Head of Department, support teams, and senior leaders to meet departmental and college-wide goals
Teach 7 to 12 hours per week, maintaining a strong connection to classroom practice
✅ What You'll Bring
A degree and a full teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
A proven track record of successful teaching and curriculum leadership in English and/or Maths
The ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing staff teams
A strong commitment to raising standards and improving learner outcomes
Excellent communication, organisational, and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insight into action
