Commercial Support Responsibilities
* Lead contract management activities and support statement of work preparation for governance approval.
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic and commercial objectives.
* Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with governance procedures.
* Create and manage templates for SOWs, change orders and contractual agreements.
* Support BAU contract management activities and reporting obligations.
* Participate in customer meetings and governance forums.
* Support dispute management and delay resolution activities with Legal and Commercial teams.
* Ensure all contractual documentation follows governance and DOFA approval requirements.
* Produce risk assessments, reports and contract templates.
* Continuously improve contract management processes and documentation standards.
Commercial Support Skills and Experience
* Strong experience within contract management and commercial support environments.
* Understanding of governance, risk management and contractual compliance.
* Experience supporting contract negotiations and change management processes.
* Knowledge of IT law, GDPR and commercial legislation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities across complex delivery environments.
* Experience working with Legal and Commercial teams within regulated environments.
