Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus that are both delicious and healthy, utilizing fresh ingredients and creative flair.
* Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while adhering to statutory Health & Safety regulations.
* Record food supplies, monitor freezer and fridge temperatures, and conduct regular stock valuations to ensure optimal food safety and quality.
* Ensure proper stock rotation, assist in ordering supplies, check deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
