Do you have proven expertise managing commercial accounts in the APAC region? The Role
As Senior Contracts Manager – APAC Markets, you will be responsible for managing allocated customer accounts and those of your direct reports, ensuring effective commercial management from bid preparation through to contract delivery. You’ll work closely with procurement teams, negotiate complex terms, oversee contract administration, and play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships as the main point of contact.

Prepare and deliver bids, proposals, and quotations, including major projects.

Lead complex contract negotiations and manage contractual changes.
*
Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including invoicing, arrears reporting, and debt management.

Ensure emerging customer requirements are understood and acted upon.
*
Lead, mentor, and develop a small Commercial team.
*
Identify and support new business opportunities in the APAC region.
*
Prepare accurate SAP data entry instructions and utilise SAP for account management.
*
Manage commercial aspects of production blocks to ensure order flow.
About You:

Extensive knowledge of aerospace/defence or a similar sector, particularly in APAC markets.
*
Proven experience in procurement procedures, contract law, bid management, and risk management.
*
Skilled in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
*
Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills.
*
Proficient in MS Office, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
*
Degree (or equivalent) in Law, Business Management, Finance, or Engineering.
*
Professional membership such as WorldCC (or willingness to work towards).
