We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Attendance Officer to join an Outstanding secondary school in Peterborough. This is a key role supporting student attendance, punctuality and overall engagement in school life.
The successful candidate will monitor attendance data, follow up on absences and work closely with pastoral staff, students and families to improve attendance outcomes. You will play a vital role in ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and students are supported effectively.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication and the ability to manage sensitive information.
