Introduction
We’re working with a growing residential property management business that looks after large, modern developments across the UK. This role sits at the heart of their operations, owning relationships, standards, and day-to-day performance across a defined portfolio.
Role Overview:
* Location: Hybrid – office-based Mondays & Fridays, flexible mid-week (home or site)
* Package: DOE.
* Industry: Residential Property / Block & Estate Management
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Taking full ownership of a portfolio of 10–12 residential developments
* Overseeing budgets, service charge performance, and financial reporting
* Managing compliance, risk management routines, and planned preventative maintenance
* Leading resident and client engagement, acting as the key point of contact
* Coordinating maintenance, contractors, and onsite issues to agreed service levels
* Supporting or leading new development mobilisations when required
* Carrying out site visits and inspections across your portfolio
* Adapting your portfolio over time, shaped around your experience and strengths
Main Skills Needed:
* Experience managing multiple residential developments or sites
* Confidence handling budgets, compliance, and operational risk
* Exposure to complex schemes, including large or high-rise developments (desirable)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A steady career background within larger property or managing agent environments
* Mentoring or management experience, or the appetite to develop this
