About the role: From rotas and timesheets to being the first point of contact for new residents looking to come and live with us, the Front of House Manager position at Ashworth Grange is a varied and busy role. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a varied and busy environment. A dedicated administrator, who can build strong relationships, and is seeking a challenging yet rewarding career. Experience in care isn’t necessary; we will provide all training needed to hit the ground running and confidently convey what makes our homes great places to live. In a growing business, there is always scope to grow the role and we will support your development.

Responsibilities
* Handle front-of-house duties, including administration, rota management, and timesheets, acting as the first point of contact for new residents.
* Provide excellent customer-focused service, building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Support the home’s operation with effective administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
* Coordinate with the team to support the delivery of high-quality care and a positive living environment.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of processes that improve resident experience and operational efficiency.
* Maintain a proactive, positive ownership mindset and take initiative to deliver high-quality work.
