Your role
1. Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and Employee Central Service Centre.
2. Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements, and help translate them into system configurations.
3. Learn and apply SAP best practices and stay informed about the latest updates on the SuccessFactors roadmap.
4. Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams in a flexible delivery model.
5. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team documentation and templates.
6. Support the preparation of client presentations, demos, and pre-sales materials in collaboration with senior team members.
7. Begin building a professional network within Capgemini, with clients, and with SAP partners.

8. Excellentmunication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
9. Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technologies
10. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning initiatives.
11. Begin developing understanding of tools like Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone.
12. Collaborate with team members to help clients maximise their SAP investments.
13. Buildmunication and consulting skills through hands-on project experience.
Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
