About The Role

Reporting into the Materials Management Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance reconciliation of waste transfer documents against contracted movements on our bespoke system. As a leading waste management company, we pride ourselves on environmental compliance – the aim of this role is to ensure all waste bookings are environmentally compliant in line with legislation. This opportunity will suit you if you are a good team player and can work to monthly objectives.


Key Responsibilities

* Receipt of proof of deliveries / waste transfer notes / consignment notes.
* Liaising with clients and suppliers to cross‑reference loads completed.
* Completing duty of care audits on waste transfer notes and consignment notes to ensure environmental compliance.
* Reconciling the waste transfer document on our bespoke system.
* Investigating queries resulting from auditing the waste documents and liaising/escalating where necessary to seek resolutions.
* Liaising internally and externally to ensure data accuracy.
* Ensuring that the documentation received from suppliers conforms to industry standards and is delivered within SLAs.


Additional Information

* Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
* You will work full‑time in the Doncaster office, so you need to live within a reasonable distance to travel to DN9 3GA.
* This is an office‑based role with some hybrid working available after probation.
