Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a public sector organisation to recruit an Arts Information & Education Officer (Job-Share) to support the delivery and growth of a vibrant arts programme based in Lisburn.

The role
As Arts Information & Education Officer, you will play a key role in leading marketing, education and audience development initiatives to increase engagement and participation across the Arts Service.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead the marketing and education functions of the Arts Service
2. Develop, manage and deliver an Audience Development Plan to meet agreed targets
3. Promote arts programmes to a broad and diverse audience
4. Support education initiatives linked to the arts programme
5. Work closely with the Arts Service Manager and wider Cultural & Community Services Unit
6. Contribute to the overall promotion and accessibility of arts provision
Hours of work
7. 18½ hours per week
8. Worked over 6 days, Monday to Saturday, aligned with the Arts Programme
9. Typical patterns:
10. Full days Monday & Tuesday, plus Wednesday morning
11. OR full days Wednesday & Thursday, plus Friday morning
About you
You will be highly organised, creative, and passionate about arts engagement, with experience in marketing, education, audience development or a related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across programmes are essential.
