We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Graduate Surveyor to join our Property Team. This is a key role supporting the Property Manager in delivering effective and efficient management across the Trust's estate.
The role requires the ability to interpret property data and legal documentation, manage records effectively, and work collaboratively across multiple sites. If you are working towards completion of RICS APC competencies and have a strong interest in property and estates management, we can support your development.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Property Manager in day-to-day estate management activities.
Assist with property inspections, surveys, and schedules of condition.
Maintain and update property and tenancy data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to the management of leases, licences, and other property-related legal documentation.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate property services.
