About Our Client

Job Description

3. Assist with daily financial transactions and reconciliations.
4. Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records and organise financial data systematically.
6. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes as required.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to meet deadlines.
8. Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with company policies.
9. Address queries regarding financial matters in a timely manner.
10. Contribute to process improvements within the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Candidate should have:

11. Previous experience in an Accounting & Finance environment.
12. Knowledge of the Sage 200 & Opera accounting package.
13. A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and processes.
14. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
15. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
17. The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
