Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner Location: Swindon Contract: 3 Months Ongoing Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite Rate: £74 per hour (Umbrella) Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation in Swindon on an initial 3-month ongoing contract. This is a senior, strategic role where you will partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives.
