An exciting opportunity for a Head of Music to lead our small, highly specialist team within the Creative Arts Faculty. You will provide vibrant leadership and collaborative energy to complement our team’s deep technical expertise, delivering an industry-facing curriculum and bringing the music world into the classroom through creative enrichment and a student‑first approach.
Responsibility & Qualifications
* Have vision to fully develop and support the Music Department.
* Be an inspirational communicator, capable of challenging and encouraging students to achieve their potential.
* Commit to securing positive student outcomes at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Think creatively and encourage student engagement.
