The Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially aware Social Media Executive to support the growth of the brand's digital presence across the UK & Ireland. This is a hands‑on opportunity to take ownership of content creation, community engagement, and local market execution, while collaborating with wider global teams. The role offers a strong mix of strategy and execution, with the opportunity to make a real impact on audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Strategy & Growth
o Support the development and execution of the UK & IE social media strategy in line with wider business objectives.
o Localise global content to ensure relevance for the UK audience.
o Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and key trading periods.
* Content Creation
o Create and publish engaging, platform‑specific content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
o Develop visual and video content that aligns with brand positioning and resonates with the target audience.
o Stay up to date with social trends and identify new opportunities to drive engagement and growth.
* Community Management
o Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, including responding to comments and messages.
o Build relationships with the online community to strengthen brand loyalty.
o Support influencer and creator collaborations aligned with brand positioning.
* Performance & Optimisation
o Monitor and report on key social media metrics including engagement, reach, and growth.
o Analyse performance and provide actionable insights to improve content and strategy.
o Continuously optimise activity based on results and audience behaviour.
About You
* Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
* Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of key social platforms and current best practices.
* Confident in content creation, including basic photography and video editing.
* Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial.
