A successful global technology company are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to be a key part of a new IT Service Delivery team.
This role is vital in the day-to-day operations and stability of the global IT environment.
This role combines daily user support with strategic IT transformation.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and support corporate infrastructure, networking, cloud services and applications.
* Pro-actively avoid issues and implement relevant solutions.
* Contribute to day-to-day operations and stability of the global IT environment.
* Provide daily user support while contributing to strategic IT transformation.
Qualifications
* Experience supporting Windows Servers, macOS, Atlassian and Google Workspace applications.
* ITIL certification.
* Demonstrable experience supporting SaaS, IaaS and PaaS.
