Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist to provide key local HR support for our production site in Campsie, supporting Operational Managers on all aspects of their people strategy. You will be a key member of the HR team supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in Ireland. The role holder will support managers as needed, with a primary focus on monitoring and providing headcount data across the site to ensure we meet business demand and maintain compliance.
Responsibilities
1. Utilize HR and other business systems to build and report on employee-based KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making.
2. Monitor HR data to ensure accuracy and quality management of all information.
3. Support the broader HR team in providing HR advice, guidance, and support to management and staff in line with company policy and employment legislation across the manufacturing network in Ireland.
4. Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives.
5. Support HR managers in managing staff and achieving departmental objectives.
6. Drive HR-related business initiatives and improvements.
7. Identify and evaluate development needs within the business and assist in developing departmental development plans.
8. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of HR procedures and compliance.
9. Work with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit qualified candidates.
10. Use HR experience to resolve issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
11. Perform general HR administration duties and maintain personnel records.
12. Provide data to payroll for accurate monthly payroll processing.
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of experience in an HR-related role with employee relations experience.
2. An HR or relevant degree is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in IT, HR databases, and MS Office applications.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical & Environmental Demands
Presence on a manufacturing site is required, with adherence to PPE and EHS policies.
Travel
Approximately 10% travel to other sites in Ireland (Burnfoot or Letterkenny).
