Senior Applications Support Officer
Rate: £400 per day

Overview
Exciting opportunity to join a well‑established public‑sector organisation as a Senior Applications Support Officer within their IT Operations Team. If you have strong experience in application support, team leadership and system improvements, this could be a great next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage an Application Support team (up to 10 staff).
* Oversee the day‑to‑day running of IT applications, including helpdesk, incidents and requests.
* Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Drive service improvement, data quality and GDPR‑compliant processes; analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
Key Requirements
* Support the Housing Application Support team.
* Strong experience with NEC Housing.
* Knowledge of Allocations or Repairs is a plus.
* Good SQL skills.
