Role & Responsibilities Lead a high-end residential project with a focus on Stage 4 technical delivery Take responsibility for technical leadership Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages using Revit Coordinate external consultants and work closely with client and contractor teams Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required. Required Skills & Experience ARB-registered Architect Strong UK residential experience, ideally within high-end or luxury-led schemes Proven background in Stage 4 and technical delivery High level of Revit proficiency Confident project lead able to manage complex projects independently Sound understanding of UK building regulations and compliance frameworks. What you get back Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience 7.5-hour working day Flexible start and finish times between 7am-7pm Core hours of 10am-4pm Hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote Supportive team environment with regular social events
