Office Administrator Assistant Construction Industry Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 Our client, a leading construction and property services company operating across the UK and Ireland, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator Assistant to join their head office team. The company provides construction, refurbishment, and property redevelopment services across multiple sectors, including housing, healthcare, education, and aviation. Key Responsibilities Manage a multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate colleagues. Take detailed messages and ensure they reach the correct staff members. Coordinate staff leave and update shared calendars once approved. Maintain records for company vehicles, including MOTs, insurance, and tax. Keep vehicle and equipment repair logs up to date. Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as required. Schedule temporary staff for site work as needed. Record daily site staff attendance and produce weekly timesheets for accounts processing. Check weekly rental income for commercial and residential properties. Liaise with tenants and resolve reported issues. Maintain an up-to-date register of leases and tenancy agreements. Candidate Requirements Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams. Previous administrative experience is essential. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills. Additional Information Full-time, permanent role based at head office. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm.
