Do you want to be involved in an exciting payroll programme of change? If so, this opportunity could be for you.
We are in the process of deploying new payroll technology for our employees and for pensions payroll and we are looking for passionate payroll professionals to come and join us.
You will be required to work as part of a team providing support to the payroll team, as well as working on activities supporting the replacement programme for pensions payroll.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the payroll system replacement programme
* Supporting the Senior Practitioners in day to day activities
* Providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues
* Investigating, analysing and managing the resolution of payroll incidents
You will have good working knowledge of Payroll processes including Tax, National Insurance and Pension Contributions and statutory provisions. You will need to be organised, with a positive and flexible approach to teamwork.
Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills are essential, as is knowledge of computerised/manual systems and business processes.
Payroll experience is preferred, however if you’ve got skills and experience that you think would be useful in this role then we’d love to hear from you.
