Youll manage established spending accounts while developing new business within cooling towers and steam boiler treatment.
The Company Established Water Treatment specialist with over 25% growth in recent years Low staff turnover and high employee retention Part of a larger group but operating independently Strong team culture with excellent commission structure Flexible working approach no car trackers or micromanagement Specialist services across cooling towers, steam boilers, closed systems, and traditional water treatment accounts The Role Account Manager (Water Treatment) As an Account Manager Water Treatment, you will: Manage major spending accounts across the Midlands and M5 corridor Service and grow existing water treatment contracts Carry out routine on-site testing using a test kit Conduct analysis on cooling towers and steam boilers Identify and win new business opportunities Manage your own diary with full autonomy Focus on long-term relationship building rather than rigid KPIs This role suits a commercially minded water treatment professional who enjoys both account management and technical service work.
The Ideal Candidate To be successful as an Account Manager Water Treatment, you will have: Proven experience in the Water Treatment industry (essential) Background in sales and servicing of cooling towers and/or steam boilers Strong account management and business development skills Ability to manage multiple client relationships Confidence performing routine water treatment testing Based in or commutable to Worcester or the wider Midlands / M5 region Package & Benefits Up to £50,000 basic salary Realistic £60,000 OTE Company car Uncapped commission Pension Laptop & mobile phone 25 days holiday bank holidays Inherited spending accounts ready to grow Why Apply?
