You will work closely with multiple teams to schedule both reactive and planned installations, ensuring appointments meet customer needs while maximising efficiency and resource utilisation.
About Harvey Water Softeners
We are a leading provider of high-quality water softeners, salts, and filters, dedicated to improving household water quality. Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction drives everything we do, and we take pride in delivering outstanding products and service.
Location: Office-based
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on a rota basis
Days: Monday to Saturday (5 days out of 6; if working Saturday, day off in lieu)
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule installation appointments that balance customer needs and available resources efficiently
* Act as the primary point of contact for Sales Representatives and Installers in the field
* Allocate reactive and planned tasks based on location, skills required, and response times
* Optimise daily schedules to maximise productivity while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
* Follow up on incomplete jobs and reassign them according to service level agreements
* Identify and flag upselling opportunities proactively
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues at every touchpoint
Requirements
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will enjoy collaborating with stakeholders, customers, installers, and third parties.
* Previous scheduling experience is highly desirable, your ability to manage calendars, resources, and appointments is key
* Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure smooth and efficient operations
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise clearly with customers and internal teams
* Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy
* Proficient keyboard skills and experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
* A positive attitude with professionalism, adaptability, and openness to feedback
* Proven ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
