We're looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and wider HR stakeholders, playing a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experience across the business.
What you'll do
* support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising through to onboarding
* coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and agencies
* manage recruitment administration, including offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks
* maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* assist with direct sourcing and screening where required
* coordinate and support assessment centres, careers fairs, and recruitment events
* provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
* contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
You'll be expected to work proactively, manage competing priorities, and communicate confidently with stakeholders, ensuring a professional and consistent recruitment process at all times.
What we're looking for
* previous experience in recruitment administration, either in-house or within an agency
* experience using an ATS or HR system (desirable)
* strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* high attention to detail and accuracy
* a genuine interest in recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience
* strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
