As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you will work with a friendly team in a 7-day service, within the hours of 8am-8pm.
Main Responsibilities
As a Community Nurse, you will care for patients and their families in the way you believe is best, delivering high service standards, sharing best practices, and actively improving our work processes to continue making positive changes. We are passionate that everyone should feel valued when they come into contact with our organisation, whether they are patients, their families, or the wider community.
You will utilize your strong communication and organization skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensure positive experiences for patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential for this role.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for Band 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and license to practice to join our community nursing team.
You should be confident using IT systems and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
