Field Marketing Activator Intern (London, Wales and South) - 12 Month Placement

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Field Marketing Activator Intern to be based across London and Wales. This is a paid 12 Month internship. You must be completing a Placement Year as part of your university course or within two years of completing your degree. The internship runs from the 6th July 2026 to July 2027. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 16th March at 10 am
Give wings to people and ideas by getting them to consume Red Bull every day. Drive awareness and grow consumption of Red Bull products, both the can and the media business.
You will support the Field Marketing team in delivering the 2026 and 2027 regional business plans by implementing brand activations at third‑party events, executing branded vehicle activations, and bringing national brand campaigns closer to consumers in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Activating with image‑driving outlets.
* Driving product trial through innovative sampling initiatives.
* Creating social content for managed channels.
* Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Student Marketeers.
* Executing 3rd‑party support plans across the term.
* Managing logistics and ensuring reliable execution of Red Bull’s support to meet marketing and sales KPIs.
* Supporting delivery of Red Bull’s integration at third‑party events, including on‑site brand plans, athlete activation and sales distribution points.
* Executing the event vehicle programme and identifying opportunities for pop‑up activations.
* Building relationships with new audiences, maintaining relationships with key accounts.
* Capturing and creating social content for use on National Managed social channels.
THIRD PARTY SUPPORT PLAN: SPORT AND CULTURE EVENTS
Execute an innovative 3rd party support plan that spans the full term of the placement, demonstrating Red Bull giving wings to regional scenes and individuals in the moment of need.
Be the primary contact for regional 3rd‑party relationships; handling all logistics, ensuring a smooth and reliable execution of Red Bull’s support that delivers on marketing and sales KPIs.
Support with the delivery of Red Bull’s integration at third‑party events; managing on‑site brand plans, athlete activation and sales distribution points.
IMAGE DRIVING DISTRIBUTION
Supporting the national Image Driving Distribution strategy ensuring Red Bull is available at influential sport and culture venues.
Activations within Image Driving Outlets.
Working closely with the Field Marketing Specialists to identify new influential accounts in the region and determine the best approach to win and maintain relationships.
FIELD ACTIVATIONS
Supporting the delivery of the Event Vehicle programme by identifying opportunities in the region and executing pop‑up activations.
Working closely with the regional Field Marketing Specialists to creatively bring the regional consumer closer to the brand through surprise and delight activations.
Building relationships with new audiences with different interests, backgrounds, and cultures.
CONSUMER COLLECTING
Support the regional team with the recruitment, onboarding and training of Student Marketeers.
COMMUNICATION
Capture and create social content for use on National Managed social channels from Field Marketing activity in the region.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone who is:
* Currently studying a degree and seeking a placement or internship as part of your studies or within 2 years of completing your degree.
* Has a keen interest in HR and the day‑to‑day operations of an HR function.
* Enthusiastic and able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships.
* Passionate about people, communication and building relationships.
* Super‑organised with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* Curious about talent, brand, culture and how great companies hire well.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
* Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS is a plus but not essential.
* Data‑driven – ability to take data and create a story with it.
