Vision for Education is seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to work in An Outstanding school in Maidstone, Kent.

The role:
Working with students in KS1 through to KS5
Developing and delivering engaging, personalised lessons that meet the needs of students with a variety of SEN.
Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all students.
Supporting students to build confidence, independence, and life skills, while fostering a love of learning.
Collaborating with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
Who are we looking for:
School is open to candidates from a primary, SEN, or mainstream subject specialist background.

Has experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
Is adaptable and open to working in a range of subject areas, with the ability to tailor lessons to the individual needs of students.
Has strong communication and collaboration skills, and can work effectively within a team.
Is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
A genuine passion for teaching
Strong classroom management skills
