Ready to join us?#LI-EJ1 #LI-HybridThis is the jobYoull lead the strategy and development of the AAs Insurance Broker product portfolio, covering Motor, Home and a range of additional insurance products. From shaping new propositions to enhancing existing products, youll play a key role in driving sustainable growth, delivering excellent customer outcomes and ensuring full FCA compliance.Leading the Broker Product Management team, youll work closely with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Pricing, Trading, Change and Operations to deliver innovative, customer-focused products that meet both commercial and regulatory objectives. Youll also represent the Insurance Division at key customer and conduct forums.A major focus of the role is championing fair value for customers. Youll oversee product governance, lead annual product reviews and use insight and performance monitoring to continuously improve our products and customer outcomes.What will I be doing?Defining and delivering the Insurance product strategy and roadmap to support customer, commercial and regulatory objectivesLeading the ongoing development and optimisation of the AAs Insurance Broker product portfolioOwning product fees, charges and add-on pricing strategies to deliver fair value and profitabilityMonitoring product performance, customer outcomes and conduct metrics to drive continuous improvementIdentifying risks, trends and opportunities and implementing effective, timely solutionsMaking key product decisions balancing customer needs, commercial performance and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and improve product performanceManaging product governance, conduct risk and FCA compliance across the Insurance Broker portfolioBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver shared objectivesActing as a subject matter expert and senior leader within the Broker Extended Leadership TeamWhat do I need?Proven experience leading Product Management teams within an FCA regulated environmentStrong understanding of insurance products, pricing structures and fair value principlesExcellent commercial awareness supported by strong analytical and strategic thinking skillsDeep knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and customer outcome frameworksAbility to balance customer outcomes, commercial performance and operational deliveryConfidence influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives across complex environmentsTrack record of building, developing and leading high-performing teamsStrong governance and risk management capability with experience managing regulatory changeCustomer-focused approach with the ability to use data and insight to identify risks and opportunitiesResilient and collaborative leadership style with the flexibility to operate strategically and hands-on when neededAdditional informationWere always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
